How it works
- Open a free account and upload your photo ID.
- Add your room, photos and the property's safety certificates.
- We check the documents and the listing, usually within 2 working days.
- Your room goes live. Tenants contact you directly and you see every enquiry in your dashboard.
What we check before a room goes live
- Your photo ID
- That you can let the property (title register, lease or management agreement)
- Gas Safety Certificate, EICR and an EPC rated E or better
- Any HMO or selective licence the council needs
- A fire risk assessment for shared houses
If a certificate runs out, the listing comes down until you upload the new one. Listings must not refuse tenants on benefits or with children.
