- Photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence
- Your National Insurance number
- Your latest Universal Credit statement, or your benefit award letter
- Your PIP, ESA, DLA or Carer's Allowance award letter, if you get one
- Addresses you have lived at in the last five years

We work with landlords across the UK who let rooms to people on Universal Credit. Send us a message with where your property is and how many rooms it has, and we will get back to you.
Questions
Do you accept DSS, Universal Credit or Housing Benefit?
Yes. Our rooms are for people who claim benefits, mainly Universal Credit together with PIP or another extra benefit. We never advertise "No DSS".
Do you accept people who get PIP?
Yes. Our homes are for people on Universal Credit who also get PIP or another extra benefit, such as DLA, ESA with the support component, LCWRA in Universal Credit or Carer's Allowance. These benefits mean you are not affected by the benefit cap, so your housing costs can be covered in full. If you are not sure what you get, register and we will check with you.
Which areas do you cover?
You can register for any town, city or postcode in the UK. We show the homes we have now on this page and we are adding more in new towns. Tick "Send me room alerts" and we will tell you as soon as we have a room where you want to live.
What is supported housing?
It is a room in a shared house where a housing partner gives you support while you live there, for example help with your claim, your tenancy or getting the right services. You have your own furnished bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom.
Can I register if I am on a council or housing association waiting list?
Yes. You can register with us while you are on a council or housing association waiting list, or if you have been told you cannot get social housing yet.
What is included in the rent?
Gas, electric, water, council tax and Wi-Fi are all included. Your room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and drawers, and you share the kitchen, bathroom and living space.
How quickly will you contact me?
We call you back within 1 hour of registering. If you register in the evening, we call first thing the next morning.
What do I need to apply?
Photo ID, your National Insurance number, your latest Universal Credit statement, any PIP, ESA, DLA or Carer's Allowance award letter, and the addresses you have lived at in the last five years. You do not need these to register.
Can I bring a partner or children?
Most of our rooms are for one adult. If someone would be moving in with you, tell us in the form and we will let you know what we have.
Where is my data kept?
On our own secure systems. The benefits question is optional, and if you answer it we only use it to check which homes you can get. We do not ask for medical details or criminal records on this website. Read the privacy notice for how long we keep your details.
