Refer a client: move-on rooms for support workers and housing officers

Support workers, housing officers, probation, care-leaver teams and hospital discharge teams refer clients to us when they are ready to move on. We let furnished rooms in supported shared houses with all bills included, and we help with the housing application.

How to refer

  1. Get your client's consent to share their name and phone number with us.
  2. Fill in the registration form with your client using their own details. It takes about two minutes. Open the form.
  3. Or send us a short referral by email to info@propertycashflow.co.uk or WhatsApp with your name, organisation, the area wanted and the best time to call your client. Please do not send health details by email; we ask what we need on the phone.
  4. We call within 1 hour, check eligibility with our housing partner, then book a viewing.

Questions from referrers

Who can you house?

Adults on Universal Credit who also get PIP or another extra benefit that exempts them from the benefit cap, such as DLA, ESA with the support component, LCWRA or Carer's Allowance. Our housing partner confirms eligibility before a viewing.

Which areas do you cover?

Our homes are in Liverpool now, and we take referrals for Liverpool, Wirral and the rest of the UK so we can match people as new rooms come up.

Do you take people leaving supported living, hostels or temporary accommodation?

Yes. Most of the people we house are moving on from supported or temporary accommodation, or are on a council waiting list.

How fast do you respond?

We call back within 1 hour during the day, and first thing the next morning for evening referrals.

Is there a cost to refer?

No. Referring is free for you and your client.
